A former Clemson player and son of an assistant coach has been named to the Tigers coaching staff.
Jeff Scott will work with the team's defensive players as Clemson's new graduate assistant coach. He replaces Andy Ford who was named the secondary coach at Presbyterian.
Scott played for the Tigers from 1999 to 2002. He ran five times for 48 career yards and was the team's holder for three seasons.
Scott is the son of Clemson associate head coach and offensive line coach Brad Scott.
